I first stepped into a yoga studio about fifteen years ago. Intimidated, neither motivated nor inspired, I would have needed to attempt it many times before; before actually becoming an addict; and to discover the type of yoga, instructor and location that best suited my needs. I quickly learned that this practice would do me well both to my body and soul.
I take pleasure in sharing my knowledge with others as a yoga instructor, as well as sharing my love for writing, as a journalist. Today, I am delighted (or proud) to be part of a growing community of students, instructors and a wonderful plateform yogatribes.com
I am learning about more colleagues whom, like me, are seeking to share their passion. I am also thrilled to see more and more curious students, new followers and yogis in the making, whom don’t really know how to begin their journey.
Whether it be with a “the yoga style recommender” to find the style that best fits what you are looking for, or simply by browsing through the directory of styles, it allows people to find the necessary information to get started as well as facilitate the discovery of studios near you.
I dream that one day everyone becomes of yogi of their own… and I see YogTribes as a step into that direction! One step further and it will allow yoga to be accessible to everyone, one mat and one city at a time. It is for this reason that I am a proud part of the tribe. I am regularly looking for new ideas, suggestions, reflections, and sharing my original texts or links towards inspiring articles.
I invite you to gather your information on the site to discover, search, exchange ideas and stay connected with your instructors, your friends and your favourite studios by joining their tribes to receive all the trending news. Most of all, my fellow bloggers and yoga lovers,
I’d love to share the pleasure of rolling out our mats together!
