Hello world and welcome back! It’s been a long time. Due to the pandemic, we unfortunately had to recuperate and recover our strength, but we are so happy to finally be back, and what better way to announce our return than with an upcoming event that will delight you in so many ways?
We’re thrilled to partner with the Montreal Symphony Orchestra this summer and bring you 2 free classes where we combine both music and yoga – who doesn’t want that?
The Classical Spree will resonate in ways we never thought possible, creating a magical experience for all. The unique yoga event will take place at the Esplanade du Parc Tranquille in downtown Montreal’s iconic Quartier des Spectacles, where the city vibrates with sound and music.
Two master yogis will lead the classes on Saturday August 13 at 10 a.m. and Sunday August 14 at 2 p.m. These two free yoga sessions will be accompanied and performed by the cello and marimba duo, Stick & Bow. This festival will celebrate musical and lyrical cultures infused with yoga to evoke the senses, harmonize the chakra and awaken spiritual healing. This is an event not to be missed!
Important to note: Bring your mat and water bottle. In case it rains on Saturday the 13th, class will be offered on Sunday the 14th at 2p.m., and if it rains on the 14th, the class will be cancelled.
