This is completely understandable with everything we are currently going through: anxiety, stress and uncertainty about the future. \u00a0 It&#8217;s far from easy to remain calm or in the present moment &#8230;<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The spring season is associated with renewal and the air element. This symbolizes the breath of life, inspiration, and expansion. Nature is reborn and offers us a dazzling spectacle. So why not treat yourself to this rebirth?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">How do you get there? Through movement and dance.\u00a0 Since last fall, I have become a Journey Dance facilitator, a powerful modality that allows the body to express joy, authenticity and to release crystallized emotions from the body.
